BBX Floor Shaver, produced with perfect harmony of Turkish and German engineering for effective operation of Narrow Corridor Stacking Machines (VNA), ensures that the ground is shaved to the desired standard in accordance with the VDMA guidelines ((Verband Deutscher Mashinen- und Anlagenbau) on “grounds for use of narrow corridor forklifts (VNA)” incorporating the latest Ground standards.
Ground Adjustment
Since the vacuum system is used during the work, a clean and sterile working environment is guaranteed. This eliminates the need to move products in the corridor to a different location.
Only electrical substructure is needed for shaving.
Since shaving is only on the motion axis of the VNA, no damage has been done to the concrete. Hence, a permanent solution is guaranteed.
After application, the surface becomes compliant with the latest standard VDMA, DIN15185 and EN15620.
As the ground becomes compliant with the relevant standards, work efficiency increases, maintenance and repair costs are reduced to a great extend, and most importantly, maximum work safety is guaranteed.
